Design, procurement of raw materials and their transformation are mostly conducted in Italy, in compliance with the founding values of Made in Italy. The creative team designs and develops all Panchic brand collections internally, while the production team has a solid structure capable of handling most of the production.

The two Panchic factories are creative and productive hubs for managing all production flow - from design to research and development, from carding of the soles to shaping the upper, from finishing to packaging, logistics and distribution. The company's production team handles 60% of the manufacturing of the 150,000 pairs of shoes produced annually. The remaining 40% of production is entrusted to artisans and subcontractors located within a radius of 20km from the company, further proof of the company's commitment to responsible production. This characteristic guarantees the company a high and advantageous cost flexibility. This also ensures containing consumption of energy and natural resources with particular reference to CO2 and electricity, the latter deriving from exclusively renewable sources. The direct control of the supply chain also allows the reduction of waste production and recovery of processing and packaging waste; minimization of polluting emissions; reduction of the use of harmful chemicals, and warehouse efficiency.
