On its way

What happens after my order has been placed? When will I hear from you? The transition from processing to shipment of the order is fundamental and not always easy to follow, but Panchic is greatly committed to compliance with standards and makes every attempt to offer continual updates through its customer service. Our orders are processed and shipped from Italy during work days with the exception of national holidays and company closures.

Shipments

When the order is completed it is ready to be collected by the courier. Panchic entrusts its global shipments to DHL which provides tracking information through its systems.

Returns

Not happy with your purchases? Don't worry! We are here to collect your feedback and handle your requests. You can send us your return request by logging directly in to https://return.panchic.com/: enter your order code, the email address you used for the purchase, and the reason for the return. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email (check your Spam Box!). Kindly note that you can only submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. For more details please check the Returns and Refunds section within the Terms and Conditions and in the FAQs.

Refunds

Have you made a successful return request? Has it been properly packed and shipped to our logistics hub? If the answer is no, go back to the previous step. If yes, you will soon receive an update on your refund.

Keep and Reuse

Panchic packaging is designed to protect and store the footwear when you are not wearing them. If you don't use it, the original box can become a colourful and durable container for toys, clothing, books, etc. In case of return, the packaging must be delivered intact and complete.

Information

Just in case

The package used for shipping is provided with a double closure so that it can be reused in case of a return.

Use the perforated strip to open properly. Should you need to return your purchase, simply enclose it in the same package and remove the adhesive strip to close.

Before closing, make sure you have placed an order ID or the return request inside to facilitate the receipt and control operations.

Shipment

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we have free standard shipping for some countries with a minimum order calculated net of shipping costs. For Italy and for the rest of the EU countries the amount is €180.00. For countries outside the EU, at the moment we do not offer free shipping.

What are the standard shipping times?

The average standard delivery times expected vary from 3 working days for Italy up to 7 days for other destinations.

Where can I find information on my shipment?

Shipping information is available via the link included in the shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a return?

Return requests are disciplined by the Terms of Sale posted on the site: please read them carefully before proceeding. You can enter your request through https://return.panchic.com/, entering your order code, the email address you used for the purchase and the reason for the return. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email (check your Spam Box!). Kindly note that you can only submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange size or exchange purchase?

Do you want to return an item for an exchange for a different size or color instead of a refund? For any doubts, consult our Sizechart or write to us directly at crm@panchic.com

How do I know when my return has been received?

To make your return, we always recommend that you use a tracked shipping service. As soon as our logistics accept the return you will be notified by email.
