Taking care of your footwear

Panchic footwear is carefully manufactured using quality materials. Proper cleaning is essential to maintain beauty and comfort for a longer time and ensures longer-lasting use.

Gently wash

Use a container with warm water and a small amount of neutral soap. Remember, never submerge your footwear!

Apply the solution

With a cloth or a soft bristle brush, apply the solution gently and evenly to the upper.

Let dry

Once completed, let dry in an well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources and avoiding direct exposure to sunlight.

Hints

Before proceeding with cleaning, always test a small hidden part. Once the dry, if you won’t be using the shoes for a while, insert paper and store in a dry place.

Small differences

Natural materials, including leathers, may have slight colour differences or imperfections. This makes each product unique and cannot be considered a defect!

Small gestures

To maintain a fresh appearance and vibrant colour, gently brush your Panchic footwear every time you wear them. You will remove fine dust and reduce the frequency of more intense treatments.

Care

Can I wash my Panchic footwear in the washing machine?

Unlike your jeans or t-shirts, your Panchic footwear cannot be machine washed. Carefully read the care tips for your shoes in the "Easy to Care" section.

Can I use my Panchic footwear in the rain or snow?

Panchic shoes are not technical footwear and are therefore not suitable for extreme weather or climatic conditions such as heavy rain or snow. In case they accidentally come into contact with it, you can proceed with cleaning and drying as indicated in our "Easy to Care" section.

Do you provide original replacement laces?

Our genuine laces are not available as replacements either through retailers or through our site. You can purchase new laces in specialized stores.
